Perfect location in the middle of Time Square. Rooms were updated and very clean. We were traveling with a child so the extra sitting area space was absolutely perfect.

This hotel is convenient, clean and efficient. Besides a few maintenance issues I enjoyed my stay. If you're going to new York for the hotel, you're in the wrong city.

The convenience of the location was nice and I was glad that they had valet!
The woman at check-in didn't bother to see what room I selected and put me in a different room, we had to switch.

Overall, I would stay here again. I would encourage the staff to consistently be friendly, so we have a good experience with everyone. The cookies are a nice delicious touch!

The location was stellar. The suite was perfect for our family. Enormous bathroom. Quick check-in & out. Will stay there again for sure.
It does not have a grand entrance as some of the other large hotels in the area. But really, how important is that?

This hotel was an exceptional value for our family. The suite, with 2 separate rooms, cost the same as or less than comparable hotels with a single room with 2 double beds. It was extremely clean with nice, comfortable furnishings. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location is incredible - right in the middle of Times Square. We will definitely return to this hotel next time we visit NYC. read more

Centrally located and we felt very safe.
Work was being conducted in the lobby during a busy time.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in had an excellent view of Times Square and although we didn't have drinks in the lobby I liked that the lounge was inviting.

Location and helpful friendly hotel staff.
Breakfast was horrible and wrong. Have to go through different departments and still not corrected and still charged me.

Overall very nice. Would recommend to any of my family and friends. Do not order food because if anything is wrong it is an adventure to correct it.

It is in the heart of the city yet all the noise of the city is blocked from the room.
The hotel's restaurant is pricey.

Overall, a good hotel for the price. Definitely is good for family travel. However, New York City is very pricey.
