Excellent location, friendly staff, great accommodations.
Did not have any negative experiences with the hotel.

My travel group found the Doubletree to be excellent for its central location in Times Square, the very comfortable accommodations, and the very friendly and accommodating staff. We arrived to warm cookies and a pleasant greeting. I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

This hotel met every expectation. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond service when I left my camera in the safe of my room. They took care of every need, and the rooms were very roomy and comfortable. I would stay her again for sure.

Very helpful concierge. Great location.
Lobby lights went on and off suddenly.

Great location - close to restaurants, shopping, the heart of the Theater District. Despite being smack in the middle of Times Square, our room was very quiet at night. Concierge was very helpful and able to recommend great restaurants. Close walk to Lion King. Wonderful place to stay with kids.

Very nice room while travelling with a friend. Clean rooms and double sinks. Great comforter on the beds.
