Very comfortable bed and nice staff.
No mini-bar in room; hotel bar closed at 11 pm.

Great room for the Priceline rate, I was able to negotiate. Very comfortable room and friendly staff. Public spaces are attractive and well-maintained, although the lobby Starbucks and bar have pretty limited operating hours. They do have computer stations with internet access and a printer for free in the lobby for hotel guests. The downstairs restaurant is pretty standard, but the staff is very nice. Parking is $10.00 a day. read more

The room was pretty.
Didn't get our cookies. Staff was not very friendly, it appeared as if they were not fond of their jobs.

Attractive but the staff is not customer service oriented. They charge $10 a day for parking even if you are a guest!

Room was clean and staff communicated well - dinner - food was excellent.
Lounge area needs work - too open and on conducive for socializing at all - the area of town needs to have more life to it and be safer.

The hotel was fine overall.

It was conveniently located.
The pool had a slippery bottom and that was dangerous for the kids, paying for parking wasn't pleasant & large buses were allowed to park.

The pool had a slippery bottom and that was dangerous for the patrons, paying for parking wasn't pleasant and we had not expected that. Also, large buses were allowed to park and they blocked the entrance for the parking lot.

Excellent location and wonderful room.
Breakfast at hotel was not hot and poorly presented.

We had a great stay in Albuquerque downtown and convenient to all activities. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, nice staff and nice room.
Guests must pay for parking.

Overall the hotel was not bad. The staff members were pleasant and helpful. The room was nice but the beds were not very comfortable. My main complaint is the fact that guests had to pay for parking, $10/day.
