Nice place in excellent location.
Lack of sofa or roomier for visitors; lack of suite/kitchenette to accommodate grandkids.

Could use nicer carpet; no lock on bathroom.

It was clean, friendly, comfortable, and safe.
The parking charge of $10.00 was an unwelcome surprise.

This was a very nice hotel, near downtown Albuquerque. The price paid on Priceline for a very nice room was a great bargain for what we got in return. The only negative is that the parking charge of $10 came as a surprise. If I hadn't been honest and told the front desk I was parking there, I have a feeling I wouldn't have been charged; the gate for the parking lot was up the entire duration of our stay (Sunday night to Monday morning). read more

Breakfast buffet was very good.
Noisy, beds too soft, had to pay for parking & mirrors not amendable for two women to do make-up.

My 2 biggest issues were
having to pay for parking and
the mirrors were not situated so that 2 women could easily put on make-up and do hair. Many hotels have a mirror in the bathroom and one more in the room near the desk to give enough space. This hotel had it on the back of the bathroom door.

Friendly staff.
$10/day parking.

Doubletree puts a $50 hold on your card when you check in without telling you. It's for any damages/charges to your room. Parking is $8 to $10/day. Other than that, the staff is great.

The location for entertainment.
Had to pay extra for parking per day and not guaranteed a spot to park.

Overall hotel was good, had no access to a refrigerator or microwave for long term travelers. Parking was not available unless you paid extra everyday and there was no guarantee you would have a parking spot if you moved your car.
