Room was clean and staff communicated well - dinner - food was excellent.
Lounge area needs work - too open and on conducive for socializing at all - the area of town needs to have more life to it and be safer.

The hotel was fine overall.

There was tea in the room not Lipton black tea either.
I didn't mind but Saturday night some youngsters were partying down the hall.

The hotel is perfect for business. The staff took excellent care of any problems that I had and quickly provided me toothpaste at 3:30 AM. I enjoyed the location of the hotel and felt the neighborhood was safe. It's perfect if you are doing business with the city as civic center is just across the street.

It's a tall building with nice views.
No free parking, bad bathroom with overflowing tub, damaged bathroom door, small small beds.

Clean comfortable room, comfortable bedding.
Soda machines on the floors were empty on Saturday afternoon, pool was very very small, snooty guy at front desk not so friendly and helpful.

I liked the overall room decor and comfort of the bed.
The carpet in the room was stained.

I would recommend this hotel for business travelers as they have free wireless internet and great workout room. The only thing that I did not like was the parking was $10.00 per day.
