Very comfortable bed and nice staff.
No mini-bar in room; hotel bar closed at 11 pm.
Great room for the Priceline rate, I was able to negotiate. Very comfortable room and friendly staff. Public spaces are attractive and well-maintained, although the lobby Starbucks and bar have pretty limited operating hours. They do have computer stations with internet access and a printer for free in the lobby for hotel guests. The downstairs restaurant is pretty standard, but the staff is very nice. Parking is $10.00 a day. read more

The room was pretty.
Didn't get our cookies. Staff was not very friendly, it appeared as if they were not fond of their jobs.
Attractive but the staff is not customer service oriented. They charge $10 a day for parking even if you are a guest!

It was conveniently located to the things that we had planned to do for the weekend.
I was under the impression that hotels in Albuquerque we smoke free. The room we were given was a smoking room. Even the bed reeked of smoke.

The beds are wonderful.
The guy at the counter at check out.
There was no electricity in the bathroom outlets, The guy came up and said it could take more than a hour for him to change it out, we made due. Told the clerk in the front but he said there was nothing he could do!

Excellent design and well located in downtown with easy access to points of interest.
Hotel restaurant dinner staff was not too knowledgeable about menu and mixed drinks.
I would highly recommend the Doubletree to anyone; excellent for the business or leisure traveler; very convenient to local points of interest.

Charging $10.00 for parking is a cheap was for Hilton Hotels to pad the bill. Hilton should be up front and honest with guests by informing and charging the fee without back dooring for additional payment!
