Helpful staff and very clean hotel.
Stuck with hotel parking bill without advance notice. Rooms were small for a couple with children.

Hotel was nice in a beautiful downtown location. When I called for two beds and a non-smoking room, I was told my request would only be honored if available when I arrived. I did receive the room I requested when I arrived.

The customer service was excellent, the front desk clerk went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated.
The hotel seemed old, but you can tell they have made upgrades, the rooms were small and the beds were smaller but the bedding was very comfortable.

Clean rooms and excellent customer service. The hotel was older with upgrades, the pool was tiny.
