Excellent location for convention center and Disney activities.
The gift shop and Starbucks stand do not accept American Express. Unacceptable for us business travelers.

Other than the shops that don't accept American express cards, this hotel is just far enough from the confusion (and higher prices) surrounding Disney and the convention center. Business guests can make use of the free Disney shuttle (on the hour)to get to & from the convention center across the street.

Great location, comfortable & upscale, warm cookies and Starbucks in the lobby.
You have to pay $12 for parking as a guest & you have to pay for internet.

The hotel itself was classy and comfortable. It had a great restaurant, bar/lounge area and Starbucks counter in the lobby. The warm chocolate chip cookies were perfect and the complimentary Neutrogena bathroom items were nice.

I will never stay here again. The clerk charged me $10.00 extra at check in for a NON smoking room. Shouldn't the smoking room cost more since it has to be painted and air freshened more often?

Walking distance to Anaheim Stadium.
Hotel is a little dated.

Overall the hotel was nice, service was very good. Lounge area was somewhat dated and bland. The hotel is walking distance to Anaheim stadium and perfect for baseball travelers.
