Clean, central location with local services. A modern facility with helpful employees. Good first impression upon arrival.

It was across the street from our main cause of travel.
The room was absolutely bad.

Staff was really friendly but we got stuck in a really bad 2 twin bed room. It was cramped with my girlfriend and her son, and even if her son was not there, the room would've stunk.

Creaky springy uncomfortable beds, very loud plumbing, smokey smell, horrible flat stinky pillows.

We have stayed at a 3.5 star hotel and this was by far the worst hotel. The surface of everything appeared acceptable, but every flush of the toilet felt like a neighbor was coming through the wall, the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, the whole room stunk horribly, etc.

Location, good pool area, business center.
Parking is an added cost.

Very good value for the money (especially with priceline). Would be even better if parking didn't cost $12/day. Walking distance to Angel Stadium was a bonus. Shuttle to Disney if you're going there (although it only runs once an hour).

The cookie at check in. And free shuttle to Disneyland.
Attitude of staff.

We checked in and there were two of us and requested 2 double beds. Ended up in a smoking king room that smelled of smoke and they said they could not change us. After going down on Saturday and pleading with the hotel they moved us to another room and the rest of the stay was good.

Wonderful mall directly across the street and free hourly shuttle to Disneyland.
Parking price, but it is what it is.

Friendly, efficient staff, wonderfully comfortable bedding that is very appreciated after a long day at Disneyland. Room was updated, clean and spacious. Free shuttle to Disneyland runs every hour until close. The Block (the outdoor mall across the street) has a wide variety of restaurants, theaters, bowling, skating, etc. Wonderful! Away from the Disneyland crowd, which you will appreciate after spending just one day at Disneyland. I chose my price on Priceline. read more

Could use some updating, and pay parking.

The shuttle to Disney is great, they even offered to return to Disney to pick us up early when they saw we were traveling with a baby.
