Not friendly.

We requested non smoking throughout our confirmation, adjoining rooms and queen beds 2 in each room yet we ended up with smoking, non adjoining rooms and 1 king and 2 queens. We were moved to a non smoking floor the second night and each room had 2 queens but didn't feel the accommodations met our expectations.

Theroom carpet turned my socks black.

From the rude front counter to the parking garage I think they need a sensitivity training. Also a rug doctor carpet cleaner would be highly recommended unless you like your feet to stick to the carpet after getting cleaned up in the shower.

It is very aesthetically appealing.
The bathtubs didn't drain and carpets were wet.

The staff was great, the rooms looked great but the floors were wet and the plumbing did not meet the expectations I had for the rating of the hotel.

We wanted a free breakfast like most other hotels provide The air in the room need to be freshened up.

Very poor building heating/cooling system-could not switch in room-suffered through heat

Hotel is very inadequate to accommodate guests in seasonal temperatures. Talked to lots of guests that stayed the same night and the front desk confirmed that the temps in room could not be lowered since the overall building system was on heat. Everyone complained about overwhelmingly hot room temperatures and the hotel did nothing about it to accommodate guests. Very disappointing. read more
