Lobby area. Common areas.
Charging guests 12.00/day parking in Florida!!
Staff was courteous. Did not make up room on Thanksgiving day (I understand that) Restaurant was o.k. had dinner one night out of four. The parking fee for guests (self park) irked me to the point I would not go back there again.

Landscaping needed much work, very noisy room at night, not sound proof at all.

Location to Universal.
Too many trivial add on fees.
Hotel appears to be recently updated. Do not feel that it deserved a 3-1/2 star rating.

Proximity.
Was low class - nickel and dimmed for everything.
Yes it was close to Universal studios and some restaurants, but everything was an extra the safe 3$ a day- internet access 13$ a day, parking 12$ a day - no continental breakfast, only an overpriced deli. The shuttle service to the Universal Studios park ran at such odd hours it was useless at best. We walked into 13 pizza company. Loud guest dressed in tramp attire carrying around beer bottles was evident from noon time on wards. read more

Location, nice lobby and staff.
No view or balcony too urban.
Great if you are in the parks all day and just need a place to sleep. Pool access seemed inconvenient.
