Location to Universal.
Too many trivial add on fees.

Hotel appears to be recently updated. Do not feel that it deserved a 3-1/2 star rating.

The beds were clean and soft.
Charged for parking 2 cars at $12 each per day.

Was not happy to get there and find out I had to pay for parking on top of top dollar for the room that over looked the trash and employee smoking area.

location
crank calls and knock on the door and phone all night. Nothing the hotel staff could do about it.

Over ran with teen unchaparoned and the staff said they know it is happening but there is nothing that can be done. The kids made life for other guest horrible. They were rude to other guest and spit on the floors and in the elivators.

Very helpful desk staff.
The room smelled of mildew odor was terrible.

Nice and close to Universal. Front desk staff very helpful. The room smelled terribly of mildew, I think. Even a lot of air freshener could not get the smell out. Gourmet cookies at check-in were a nice touch.

Nothing - horrible!
Rude staff - unstated nightly deposit charges.

In short, this was the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at in Orlando. The staff was unbelievably rude from the front desk to the parking attendant. Also, the hotel charges a $50 per night security deposit. Additionally, the parking rates are outrageous and the gate systems they use do not function and it took me forever to get in and out.
