The lobby was a great place to meet and relax it was very well decorated and felt warm.
Location was not the best.
It was a great stay, beds were very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was very cozy and happy at the same time. I would stay there again. Paying 10 nightly for the parking
I thought was a bit much for the quality of the lot.

The hotel was clean and the manager seemed very sincere in his apologies for the van service.
60 minutes wait on van when hotel 7 minutes from ATL.
The overall hotel was nice. I called as soon as I got off the plane and was told the van was in route. I was outside 5 minutes later and called to make sure I didn't miss the van, again was told the van was in route. 20 minutes later I called to see if the van was on the way (30 minutes after first call) and was told the can was on its way. Finally, 45 minutes of being the only person waiting at the ATL hotel waiting area, I called and wanted to know when the van was really coming. The manager apologized and finally checked the status of the van which was finally in route to the airport. The drive showed up 15 minutes later (60 minutes after the first phone call) didn't move from her seat, I carried my bags on, she said nothing to me and I carried my bags off as she said nothing to me after a 7 minutes van ride. The manager was very apologetic, even though it was not his fault, and gave me a voucher for a free breakfast. The actual hotel was nice and if you don't mind waiting with other van drivers, then this is where you wanna stay. read more

Really nice beds and strong water pressure in the shower.
$10.00 per night to park overnight is just a way of being greedy.
Nice place to stay, easy to find. No lights on outside. Makes it scary to leave the building in the early morning hours.

Very comfortable bed.
Noisy people in room next door. Woke me up at midnight and 2 am. Can hear most noise through adjoining door.
Nice hotel with comfortable bed. Walls are thin and noise does travel. When hotel is not full, would recommend that guests are spread out in the hotel rather than next door to each other.

The lobby was nice and comfortable.
The floors had blood stain and burns spots on the carpet. I has to pay a large amount to park outside in a not nice parking lot. No good room service.
The hotel over all was clean and looked good from the outside and the lobby. The carpet was messed up in my room. There were not enough towels. It had a bad odor in the room. Parking fee was to high.

I
liked the location of the hotel.
Parking was $10/day, no refrigerator or microwave, no complimentary breakfast, and no laundry room.
The room was okay. I didn't understand why we had to pay for parking when we already paid to stay there. Overall it was good for the price I paid.

Rooms were nice.
$10 fee for parking.
Paid $10 cash for parking, but my CC was charged $10 as well. When I called about the issue I was told they would have to check that days drawer to see if there was an overage. After numerous calls I finally spoke with the GM who resolved the issue.

Close to airport.
The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The staff was friendly even late at night. The shuttle runs until 2 AM which is convenient if you have to catch train to go into town. The really great thing is my card was only charged price of the room.
