I liked the staff's efficiency when I need something. My check in was quick and easy.
I think the pool area should stay open a little later.

The Doubletree is one of my favorite hotels and this one met and exceeded my expectations because the staff was friendly and helpful and the Priceline deal was the best. I love Doubletree cookies. I would like to do the same deal for Halloween weekend.

The hotel staff was extremely courteous.
There was difficulty trying to get to the hotel. The area surrounding it was not appealing.

The hotel staff was extremely courteous on all shifts. Every answer and need that we had was met or answered properly. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Everything was great.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful.
The decor in the rooms could be updated. It was clean. However, not very stylish.

Convenient location and pleasant staff. Free use of business center helped save us time by checking in for our flight online.

Upscale, close to airport, excellent shuttle service.
A little far from restaurants if walk.

We used this hotel for an 8 hour layover in Atlanta. The shuttle picked us right up and we liked the peaceful treed location. The room was spacious and upscale. As we were without a car, we walked to a neighboring restaurant which was fine during the day, but at night it would have been difficult due to lack of a continuous sidewalk. Pool looked inviting but we with out swimsuits. read more

Very friendly staff, great service, good cookies, nice location.
No air conditioning in elevator, $10 parking fee.

We loved this hotel very friendly staff, decent location, and fast and easy check in and check out. The location was kind of scary to begin with, but the premises are very well secured and well lit. The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating good restaurant, good lounge area, great overall experience. The only things that I could possibly find wrong with the hotel were that the elevators were very hot because they weren't air conditioned, which can be hard to deal with in the middle of the summer in Atlanta. Other than that, everything was great and the elevators were a very minute detail that wasn't really important during my stay. read more

The lobby with the water fall affect was great. The staff was polite. Our aircondition stop working, however they immediately sent someone to fix it.
The airconditon was located where the air blew on the floor and having to pay for parking.

The staff was friendly and professional. Immediate assisant to take care of problems.
