Doubletree Hotel Atlanta Airport

The room was okay. I didn't understand why we had to pay for parking when we already paid to stay there. Overall it was good for the price I paid.

The hotel was much more than I expected. Very nice and clean, the front desk staff was very accomadating due to the circumstance of having to put up many guest due to missed connecting flights. They made a line for non vouchered guests which made my evening very pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and I was very satisfied.

We were extremely pleased with the facilities and location of this hotel. I checked in with two small children. My daughter-in-law's flight arrived late, so this was the perfect alternative to hanging around the airport with the children. The shuttle service was just what we needed. She arrived, and we were able to spend the night comfortably before making the four hour drive home. Noon check out time was great, we didn't feel rushed. read more

The hotel was quite nice looking from the outside and entering the lobby. But upon approaching the desk for check in that all changed. The staff was rude and unfriendly, and did not check guests in in a timely manner, there was a long line. The room smelled of urine. The carpet in the entire room was wet.

The Double tree was great for the money and location. We found it on Priceline after missing a flight in Atlanta. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and felt safe.

Pretty disappointed in the room. Not of DoubleTree standards. AC was shot,
TV was very dark, tub would not drain. Staff was super friendly, except the lady that checked us out.

Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a group of young girls who were loud on our floor. When I called up to the front desk they allowed us to change to a different floor.
