Additional cost - valet parking $25 and expensive breakfast.

The hotel itself is very nice and the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly. I wasn't expecting such high costs for valet parking and breakfast free buffet not offered. This isn't really a family-oriented hotel.

Very nice hotel, convenient, and very pleasant.
Did not like paying $20 a night for parking and $10 for internet.

This is a great hotel with the exception of cost of parking and the internet. The fitness center is a half mile walk from the hotel.

The hot chocolate chip cookies given at check in.
Parking is very expensive!

Everyone was great from the valet to the front desk. The room was fantastic and the bed was out of this world comfortable sleeping and the breakfast buffet was awesome. I really enjoyed my stay. I also left my phone charger in the room and housekeeping was kind enough to send it to me. I love this place!

Dated appearance and 'dark' feel.

Met basic expectations. Allowed early check-in without hesitation. Room clean, but nothing exceptional. Comfortable bed. Walls between rooms not very noise insulated.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.
I do not like the fact that parking is not included in the price.

The hotel was lovely and very comfortable. The rooms were a little smaller that I expect for a 3 star rating. I seriously do not appreciate the additional fee for parking.
