The hotel staff were very accommodating!
The parking. Too far from hotel property & the cost per day was a bit much!
The hotel was in a great location. The staff were friendly! I felt safe!

Convenience, Lady at Check-out.
Parking/Internet Fee.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very convenient to downtown. Not a lot of noise. Delicious cookies. A lot of restaurants to choose from, and also right down street from Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza!

The room was good, and they have a free business center.
The bar restaurant was not good, and staff was a bit rude.
I liked that this hotel was in a good location, and the bell men were nice. This hotel had a free business center, but the food in this hotel was not good. Most of the food was salty and fried. I like eating fruits, veggies, wraps, lean meat, and good fish. They did not have any of these kinds of food.

Great staff, clean and quiet rooms, chocolate chip cookies.

Great spot, same neighborhood as Ritz Carlton and the Wynns.

Absolutely nothing!
Everything!
After checking in, we asked where we should park. Don't know she says, the hotel has no parking area. There is a public place to park down the street, it may be full she says, it is raining and we were not familiar with the area and it is 11 pm! Off to a bad start, we thought, but decided to get a luggage cart and unload the car. When I checked in, I was not directed to the area in which I would be staying, couldn't find it, so went to front desk to ask. She pointed in a direction, but said there was no elevator, so we couldn't use a cart, had tons of luggage (2 women there for a Trade Market staying several days)Went back to front desk, it is no way that we can get all of this up stairs to a room at end of hallway. Now she informs us that someone can take the cart outside and enter our hallway from there. So we find out that there is an entrance door from the street to get to this room where we are going to stay. It appears that we are the only ones in this deserted and outdated area of the hotel, the attendant told us that they don't usually use this end and it had been closed off for some time (that is the reason for the awful musky smell). The sheets are stained. The TV doesn't work. The carpet is filthy. But most of all, it was a very unsafe area for 2 women to have to stay. read more

It was very close to mu business appointment.
It is old and out of date, charges for Internet, plumbing does not work well.
It's an OK hotel, but I would not choose it above others in the area.

Proximity to a lot of our interests.
Paying for parking and for wireless internet.
We really enjoyed this hotel, especially the locations. The staff was friendly and helpful (although one of the guys at the front desk did give us incorrect directions). It is too bad that parking and internet were not free, but because we got the room for such a good price, I was not too upset at these charges.
