I liked the check-in. Friendly and homemade cookies.
No small frig or microwave in room. Restaurant in parking lot was expensive and not good.

Very clean hotel. Nice decor. Comfortable beds! Will definitely stay here again.

Staying at this hotel was awful from the very beginning. Our room was not ready at our check in time, and we were late for our evening engagement because of the delay.

We had a pull out sofa instead of a double bed.

Very close to tourist attractions.
Staff could not accommodate us a bit earlier than 3:00. Worst attitude by front desk lady.

We reached this hotel a bit early and were denied any room telling us you must come on or after 3:00 pm because that's what your check in time is. I have traveled and stayed in numerous hotels before and never had any problem checking in a little earlier. I was traveling with my 3 year son. We spend 30-40 min waiting outside to get in. The lady at front desk was rude and didn't care that we are troubled by the wait. She could have looked up any other available rooms in her computer but never bothered to do that. Other than that, the stay was good. Very good room service. I needed some extra sheets as my son spilled some water on them, the staff was very courteous and gave prompt attention with a friendly smile. read more

I enjoyed the studio set up with two rooms.
I did not like the bed, the mattress was too dingy and no covers for the pull out bed.

I have stayed at much better places for the same amount of money. The appliances are a plus for a long trip.

Very nice hotel with good location and friendly staff. Very nice rooms with comfortable beds. Would be nice if double rooms were 2 queens instead, but that is my only suggestion.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast. Conveniently located. Can walk to Frank Erwin center. The hotel was very clean even though it was under construction.
