Location and cleanliness.
Arrangements not filled.

Excellent hotel, staff was friendly. Only one complaint. We had two rooms booked. Called the night we booked them asked for both rooms to be two doubles as each room had 2 adults and 1 teenager. Upon arrival mentioned the conversation, they had not booked the correct rooms and had to change us. Our room was fine, however, the other room we booked did not have a double and the young man had to sleep on the floor. I was very upset because I am the one who suggested we stay there etc. having made the request twice and both times being told it was not a problem. read more

Best layout & atmosphere I've ever experienced with a hotel room.

Loved the hotel and location. The rooms could have been some of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in.

Hotel staff was doing the best they could with construction going on, Remodeled and cleaned up, with its location it will be nice.

Location is right next to downtown & easily accessible to i-35.
Some parking spaces separated by neighboring cemetery can be spooky to some. Boo.

Great experience. You get your hot cookie upon arrival. The beds were great & you get 5 pillows. Down I believe. Free internet is a big plus, including free wireless. Parking was never an issue & you share a lot with a 24 hour Denny¿s. Delicious. There is also an alarm clock in the room that can connect to your bipod or mp3 player. Also awesome. Highly recommended if you plan on visiting Austin. read more
