We were treated with respect as were our children. Our rooms were kept clean. It was located in an area that we could walk to most places.
Hidden fee for parking. No notice.

Over all the hotel was clean and nice. The business center was nice so I could could work when I needed to, also the staff on the center was very helpful.

Very clean and new with flat screen TV.
The bathroom door cannot be locked.

Very nice hotel. They gave us warm chocolate cookies when we checked in and the cookies were excellent.

Helpful staff, recently renovated rooms.
$14 parking. Slow elevators with long waits.

Nice room for the money. There were 2 small elevators operating and serving 14+ floors. This made for long elevator waits. The parking deck will not accommodate much over 6 feet high, and if you have do fit, $14 is what you will pay per night to park in their garage. Overall, a good experience.
