Location and great price from Priceline.
Had a room that was used by smokers previously.

The facilities were very nice. Our only disappointment was to be in a smoking room that had been sprayed, but still had a stale smoke smell. We had a newborn baby in our party and the hotel suggested we sleep with door to balcony open on a chilly night.

Loved the cookies and the starbucks coffee in the morning. The location was perfect for visiting the Biltmore Estate, the Village and downtown Ashevil.
The bathroom was on the small side and the tv could be updated to HD flat screen.

My husband and I stayed here for a vacation October 2009. The room was very clean, the staff great and the cookies were awesome! Loved waking up and getting Starbucks coffee in the lobby. I would have to agree that the bathroom was kinda small if two people were trying to get ready at the same time. However it was clean. The bed was comfy. The tv could use updating.

The pool was wonderful and the hotel staff was very friendly.
Nothing was bad about this whole experience. Nothing bad!

The hotel staff greeted us with a smile and very friendly. He gave us warm cookies and joked around; then we went to our room which was clean and very comfortable. The experience could not have been any better at a more expensive hotel. We were amazed that we were one block from the entrance of the Biltmore House. Yeah!

Friendly staff.
There is nothing negative.

Checkin was a breeze, which is not always the case with a Priceline stay. The checkin staff member was very friendly, gave me an EXCELLENT restaurant recommendation (with a marked map), and gave my family fresh, warm chocolate chip cookies. Our room was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. Checkout was extremely simple, and the front desk staff member (also very friendly) gave my son another cookie. read more

I am very upset. My $170.00 sunglasses are missing from my room. I left my telephone number, however management has not contacted me regarding this matter.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff; great hot tub in the pool.
Nothing.

When the desk clerk acknowledged that we were Priceline customers and said how happy they were to have us there, we knew we had made a great decision. Close to the Biltmore and a short drive to downtown. Very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and 30 minutes from Whitewater rafting, we did them all. My grandkids were delighted when the receptions presented them with hot Chocolate Chip cookies. Great price and great experience. With what we saved were able to book a 2nd room for our visiting friends from England with a total less than the rack rate for a single room. Great 4 day getaway. read more
