Everyone was friendly and helpful from arrival to departure.
The price of room service was excessive. Two sandwiches and a small sweet (no drinks) with service charges cost $38.00.

Would have liked a little more space in the bathroom. Toilet too tight.

This is a good travel hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and in good repair.

Minutes from the Biltmore Estate and good restaurants
Elevator broke and we were not notified. We had to walk down the stairs to exit the hotel. Bkfst not included.

Beautiful lobby and well-appointed rooms. We were offered an umbrella by the clerk at the front desk because the forecast predicted rain.
