Location and price.
Construction in lobby/common areas, room substandard lights, switches, etc.
It was obvious that there were major renovations occurring in the lobby/common areas. The room was dusty, light switches broken, and burned out light bulb in bathroom.

Construction going on. The hotel also nickel and dimmed you for everything.
Room was spacious and well equipped. Construction was going on during our stay so the front was a mess, morning hostess at restaurant could use a lesson or two in courtesy.

The hotel was nice.
The coffee pot was disgusting, it had chunks in it.
Overall it was a nice stay, the only complaint was the coffee pot.

Location.
Outdated, under construction, smell, room service problems.
The experience we had was totally unacceptable.
