It was cheap and wasn't in too bad condition for being an older hotel.
Hotel was under construction. It was extremely loud in the lobby. Way too many cob webs in the doorway of room and inside room.

The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. Although, the construction was annoying and the dust and cob webs were disgusting.

Beautiful, large bathub.
Bedsheets were stained.

The room was large and beautifully decorated. However it seemed like they reused the previous bedsheets which were an ugly orange and stained. Linen itself was spotless. Very comfortable. Hotel promotes recycling, but found it weird that there were no liners in bathroom trashcan

Bed was comfortable.
The Spring Hill Park Center has free breakfast. This hotel doesn't.

I was very unhappy with the double tree. The foyer was under construction. The Spring Hill Suites was were my brother was, was hoping to be there with family, and it is the best location. The location of Doubletree is okay, but not best.

Staff did not follow through on responsibilities.

This hotel was shabby, unclean and poorly located. There was construction occurring in the lobby and it was VERY noisy. We were assured by one employee that a shuttle would be available for us after the football game and when we called the hotel they refused to send a shuttle or compensate for our inconvenience. The employees at the desk were rude, blamed the shuttle driver and made no attempt to appease us. We will NOT be staying here again. read more
