Poor layout.

It's a great hotel with all the expected amenities. The layout is poor however, and you must walk a great distance from the front desk to your room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Obviously well trained.
The quality of the food delivered by room service was good, but not great.

The entire facility was beautiful and conveyed a feeling of serenity with its landscaping and quiet setting. The room itself was also beautifully designed and was very functional, offering free wireless Internet access and a very comfortable bed. The hotel's best feature was a well trained, friendly staff that was strongly oriented to providing the best customer service experience possible. And you can't beat the free, warm chocolate chip cookie that they give you at check-in (especially after a long flight). Suggestion: Skip breakfast at the hotel and try Bickford's at least once! It's a short drive, and well worth the trip for a traditional breakfast served by a welcoming staff. read more

Bathroom was so nice - lighted mirror was appreciated.
Hard to find in the dark - it's 2 miles further than the Mapquest directions from the exit.

Great property once we found it in the dark.

Bad commuter traffic can build up on that street.

It's a lovely, clean facility with very friendly staff.
It was supposed to have both an in-room microwave and refrigerator - apparently you have to ASK for these amenities.

I had actually stayed here before through Priceline and was thrilled to get a room here again. It's a very large facility that is very clean, has excellent amenities, is in a great location and has very friendly and helpful staff. I will be happy to stay here again.

Great restaurant! Bistro 44 is awesome!
Hot tub was broke for 5 days. Had to ask for compensation - got free breakfast which we couldn't use.

Overall very nice. Staff is very professional. Issues were a broken hot tub (all week) and ants around our mini-fridge/coffee area. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were adequate - although the bathtub was rather standard for an upscale hotel.
