Salt water pool.

The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. Access to high speed internet was great. Quiet setting.

The pool is large with a large sitting area.
Room smelled like smoke.

Overall look was nice. Our room was fine but smelled of smoke. Told the front desk that it smelled of smoke so they would not blame us. Pool area is very nice. It is large and it has a large sitting area around it.

The clerk gave me a key to a room that was occupied- I walked in on someone!

The place is overpriced. They do not even give you free breakfast or free Internet! They have some sort of computerized room inventory system at the front desk but the clerk could not make any sense of it. It took 15 minutes for him to find an unoccupied room where I wanted with the beds I needed. It was not near at capacity but he seemed overwhelmed and could not even get his rooms cleaned. I enjoyed the atmosphere, pool location and friendly staff.
The over crowded pool.

We stayed at the Sheraton on New year's Eve. All was great until a large group of people with there children whom were not supervised decided to run around crazy jump in the pool throw nerve ball's at whom ever and even go as far as to urinate in the pool. I realize it is New Year's but come on.

Comfortable queen size beds. Large rooms and bathroom.
Noisy air conditioner.

Sprawling hotel. Very quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Would not recommend it to someone who has difficulty walking a lot.

Many services unavailable, staff disorganized, no pool towels.

We were disappointed that many services were unavailable on Christmas and that we were not informed of this ahead of time. Further, the staff was unaware of our extended stay; our request for a crib took a long time to come through; request for extra blankets when the heating went awry in the room took a very long time and we had a crying child who was cold; there were no pool towels; there was no room service because it was Christmas and we had no advance warning so we had to go out for Chinese; the phone billing was screwed up so that when we were trying to find a restaurant for Christmas dinner, we were charged $10 - $11 for each local call, even if it didn't go through, though they removed these charges; there was a maintenance person in our room when we returned from a family visit, and we were not notified that there was to be maintenance done on the room; maid service was lousy. read more

We had our granddaughter with us and the pool was open long hours which she loved.
Could not find a TV remote in our room.

Excellent overall, very good staff.
