The location.
Room was not up to cleanliness standards for a 3 star.

This hotel is slipping from a 3 star down to a 2.5 star in my opinion.

The ease of getting to Hartford airport and coffee in the am.
No hot tub.

Great room - very modern and upscale. Bed is very comfy. Quiet.

Close to the airport and easy to get to.

Hotel was clean and spacious. Very close to the airport right on the main highway. Very good place to stay for a business traveler.

Fix your credit card machine as it is a hassle.

The stay was great and the staff was very attentive The Credit card machine seemed not to work to the knowledge of the staff. So after trying repeatedly with some "magic" all worked fine. This did sour my initial interest about what they called a recurring problem but the rest if the stay was good.

The decor was very up to date and comfortable.
A little farther removed from the location I would have liked.

The hotel was very clean and up to-date. The staff was helpful and the room was comfortable and did not have economy style furnishings.

Warm and welcoming.
The only problem that I had been the hotel was recently redecorated and there was a problem with the heating system in my room.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The hotel was warm and welcoming.
