The staff was very accomodating and friendly. Hotel was very nice.
A couple of mechanical issues in my room.

The hotel was very nice, and though I had a couple of mechanical issues with my room. The hotel staff more than made up for it. It is the way the staff handles guest requests which dictates the experience. I was very pleased.

Woman at front desk for check in.

Woman checking us in seemed disinterested in her job. Accommodations were fine. Great location. Tried several times to get a wake up call using wake up call button or customer care. Neither line answered.

Beds were comfy and airport location.
Found a hair hanging on sink & on pillow.

Other than finding the hair (which was probably from the cleaning lady), the hotel was very nice. Quick airport pickup although shuttle driver (female) did not get out of her seat to help load bags at all. Several computers stationed around lobby. Very comfortable beds.

Everything was clean and well maintained.
Restaurant was overpriced.

Our stay was part of a winter family getaway, including a visit to the New England Aviation Museum nearby (definitely worth the trip). The hotel entirely met our expectations: the rooms were large and well appointed, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the pool area (the kids first priority) was small but warm and inviting, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is easy to find, just off the Bradley airport access road and convenient to many restaurants and services. I really can't complain about the lack of a complimentary breakfast. Try Scooters diner two doors down the street for simple, hearty fare. read more
