Quickly located right off of the highway. It was right in the back yard of the airport making for a quick and easy get away the following morning.

Audry, Nicole, & Gomez were excellent staff. They made me feel so important!
My room had not been vacuumed. One of the double beds was clearly dirty! It put me on alert.

The hotel is so close to the airport and it is a nice site but they half clean the rooms and one of the beds in the room I occupied was clearly dirty. I am not saying that this was a bad stay, I am saying that their houskeeping staff leaves MUCH to be desired!

The staff was very accomodating and friendly. Hotel was very nice.
A couple of mechanical issues in my room.

The hotel was very nice, and though I had a couple of mechanical issues with my room. The hotel staff more than made up for it. It is the way the staff handles guest requests which dictates the experience. I was very pleased.

I liked the workout facility.

Clean, comfortable and close to the airport. Very nice public space with a warm cookie provided upon arrival.

Does not have FOX news. Parking is far away from door/elevator.

You almost need to call a taxi to get from your car to the hotel front desk. Parking situation is poor at best, bad property. No hot tub as part of amenities in pool area. No free breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable and well located near BDL.
No real issues or problems.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and well located. The staff was very friendly. I also enjoyed the free access to wireless high speed internet, which many of the upscale hotels make you pay for (it is often available for free at budget chains but ususally for a fee at hotels of this quality).
