Understaffed.

However, when I went down for dinner around 8:00, it was closed. You could order food in the bar, but it was noisy. There was a football game on the TV. The only staff was the bartender who also acted as the waiter and server. Service was slow, but he tried his best. The food was good and the servings were
huge. I would have preferred less food for a little less money. In the morning, I went down for breakfast. Again, there was only one server who seemed to be getting ready for lunch. Service could have been more attentive. Food was good. read more

Desk clerk was extremely responsive.
No complaints at all.

Hotel is conveniently located. Rooms are comfortable, well appointed, and clean. I would be happy to stay there again.

I like it's location.
I was told at the desk that the breakfast was complementary and then after I began eating I was charged me $10 for a cold breakfast.

Very poor customer service. They forgot my wake up call. Charged me for a breakfast, was told that it was free. I overheard a conversation from the employee at the front desk. They were refusing to refund a handicap individual who they could not accommodate. I will not stay at a Double Tree again.
