Extremely helpful staff.
No complaints.

Great staff, very helpful when trying to navigate the city or trying to find a tube of toothpaste. Facilities exceeding my expectations and spotless room. Would definitely stay there again.

Close to airport.
Smoking occurred in nonsmoking rooms and the staff did nothing about it.

They rooms were very small. All of the rooms around me were non smoking yet when I complained that the guest in the room across the hall was smoking in a non smoking room and it was filling the hallway and my room with smoke, the only solution I was given was move to a different room for $40 more dollars or use a spray that they gave me to take away the smell. They never told that guest that was smoking in a non smoking room to quit! read more

The staff was incredible. I was on crutches and they were very considerate.
Room was tiny.

Location was great. Resturants, shopping nearby. 8 minutes to downtown. Everyone was extremely nice and the food in the attached resturant was good and I seldom eat in a hotel resturant. The only bad part was the room was a postage stamp. Being alone and on business I only used the room to rest after meetings and sleep for that it was fine.

Was the old Ramada, but was surprised that it was fully renovated.

Good bed, surprisingly. Nice renovation. Was expecting an old property with minor renovations. Was surprised that they turned an old 2-star hotel into a very nice 3 star hotel. Very nice customer service.
