Beds were ultra comfy. Staff was helpful/professional. Towncars were a luxurious touch. Location was nearly perfect.
Disappointed there was no balcony or hot tub.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree Hotel in Charlotte, NC. The location was nearly perfect, a very short walk to the Square Downtown (just a couple of blocks away). The staff was very friendly and helpful giving great advice in any area we asked. One gentleman in particular arranged a town car for us to take downtown instead of a taxi. This made our first night in Charlotte a bit more luxurious and exciting. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others. read more

clean,family friendly nice new shopping and night life near
had to pay to park at hotel went for a concert and had a little further to walk than expected but a good overall experience

good clean rooms friendly staff. nice pool area.They should include a picture on there web site.This is always important to my family when traveling with kids.
