The hotel is great. The staff is wonderful.
I love this hotel, especially with the Christmas decor.

Fantastic staff, warm cookies, clean rooms, and comfortable bed. You can't beat this place as they take care of you.

Everything was great!

Great location to the airport, shopping, and delivery of foods. Fantastic rooms with the best sleeping in town for the stars of the hotel. Front desk is wonderful and deliver great service. Indoor pool and hot tub.

at front desk - had to get bar manager.

I've stayed at this Doubletree six or seven times. It is usually a pleasant experience. In this case, however, when I arrived, there was no one on the front desk. I knocked on the desk to see if someone would come. No one did. I waited about 5 minutes. No one showed up. (It was about 8 p.m.) Finally I went into the bar area, found the manager, and explained the problem to him. He grimaced, visibly angry, and strode out of the bar to one of the closed doors behind the front desk. In short order, two sheepish-looking employees -- one woman, one man appeared. She said she was talking on the phone. I have no idea what the guy was doing. It was ridiculous. read more

Clean, comfortable, and was convenient. Free internet in room a huge plus!
Not enough staff at check in. Only one and she has an issue that cause me to wait 10 min.
Before I could be helped.

Over all the hotel was very nice and was a good experience.
