Rooms and most of hotel remodeled.
Remodeling in progress room.

No freebies here, no complimentary continental breakfast here, you need to pay for parking if you drive.

It was a clean newly remodeled hotel.
The room we stayed in was too small for the large chair and ottoman to be in there also the LCD TV should be hung on the wall.

Overall the hotel was a convenient location to every thing in town. It was clean and nicely remodeled the room was a bit cramped for the size it was with the furniture in it.

No ice machine was working on any floor. Plaster in the bathroom was coming off.

Clean & plenty of towels without having to ask.
Having to pay $7.00 to park my own car.

The hotel is in a very good location to UTC. There is also a very good restaurant for breakfast just down the street. The air in the rooms was cool but the halls were quite warm. Desk services were very helpful with getting around Chattanooga directions.

Convenient location.
Was not pleased that price higher than rack rate

Newer hotel in a convenient location. Slightly perturbed that, upon checkout, the rate on the bill was lower than what I had already paid and the staff would not change to the lower rate, although a phone call directly to the hotel had informed me of a much higher room rate.
