Room service was quick and accurate. The Neutrogena toiletries were nice.
No fridge in room.

Solid 3 star hotel convenient to airport. Walking distance to the el train. Staff efficient and courteous. Hotel was quiet. Odd smell in hallways did not permeate rooms, especially after AC was on for a couple of hours. Bed comfortable. Good toiletries. No fridge in room, but room service quick and accurate. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

Free shuttle to/from airport; walking distance to the train; upscale feel; fantastic large shower!
Lack of restaurants and shops close by; not as clean as Marriott's and others.

Upscale feel but lacking in the attention to details of Marriott's and others (bathroom sink faucets were not straight/way off, looked clean but lamp unplugged, etc. - just small things overlooked; good onsite restaurant; convenient location; fantastic large shower as well as a separate tub.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was okay. For a hotel of this size and type if found it hard to believe that there was a 12.00 charge to use the internet.

Easy access to O'Hare and public transportation.
Not much around but other airport hotels.

Clean, comfortable, updated rooms (i.e. flat screens and pillow tops) with a shuttle that runs every half hour to O'Hare. Can't be beat!
