Hotel is putting bogus parking charges on bills.

Hotel is charging guests for fraudulent parking bills. I caught the error and complained. Staff took fraudulent night's charge off bill, but then would not validate ticket for the nights I had paid for. It's a shame to be a victim of a scam.

The room was exceptionally large and comfortable; the heating great; the bed superb.
No bathroom nightlight.

We like Doubletree Hotels in general and found this one to be exceptional in both service and facilities. Really enjoyed our short stay.
