I loved my comfy bed!
Parking was a long, winding way from reception.

I stayed for one night midweek. Check-in was quick, staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small for 2 double beds, but the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very quiet.

A couple blocks off the main drag. Handy access. Free Wi-Fi in room and elsewhere.
No complimentary breakfast! No USA Today delivered to room. No statement under door when leaving.

Bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. My only dissatisfaction with this place was I had to wake up and get out of bed to get to my business engagement. Otherwise could have comfortably slept till noon.

Staff was very friendly and courteous.
Neat, clean and boring.

Hotel location is great for shopping at Oak Brook only, staff was friendly, lobby was neat and clean. Good fair price for weekend getaway. Hotel needs an anchor like 2 free tickets to local theaters, plays, buffet breakfast where other hotels costs less on a getaway weekend.

Enjoyed my brief stay, check in simple, room was clean, comfortable and cozy. Breakfast buffet the next morning at the atrium restaurant offered a wide selection and service was very good.

Covered parking, reasonably priced food and
good housekeeping.
Room was relatively small, desk chair lift mechanism was broken.

Conveniently located to Interstate highways, good public facilities, well-appointed and maintained guest rooms, helpful staff at all levels. In the winter months, the covered parking is a real treat.
