so not modern. What a rip-off.

Wow. Sliding screen door = broken. Sliding glass door = broken. Air Conditioner = BROKEN. While there, I got to kill TWO distinct species of spider and one earwig which curled-up nice and cozy inside a damp towel, along the tub. Yeah, I think we won't be saving the environment by reusing any towels at the earwig-motel. No included Wi-Fi ($9.95 per night! WTF???), no continental breakfast, no microwave, no refrigerator.... But, I did get one free oatmeal cookie. read more

No real bar area for drinks.

This hotel was fantastic and the staff was awesome. The room service was prompt and great and hotel was very well taken care of and I loved the balconies. I would stay here over any place in the area hands down.

Power went out at 8am on checkout day.

Very friendly check-in, wonderful room. Power went out at 8am on checkout day, so that was a pretty big problem, but not the staff's fault.

The price tag for internet connection/WIFI.

This hotel is outstanding, with a feeling of upscale. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean, complimented by an ample supply of very cozy pillows.

Really liked the excercise room.
Seemed far from interstates.

Very friendly staff. Received a warm cookie upon check-in. Comfortable room, with cordless phones being a benefit. Bathroom needs a little updating. Nice lounge and exercise room.

Parking on one side all for handicap, need to place them different spots instead of all one side, had to park out front instead of by the room location

That is accomadated guests that smoke, tho a rooom was not available the front desk made sure we had a balcony to stip out onto.
The desk is located right next to the heater/blower which was poorly arranaged.

I loved the indoor pool and Jacuzzi.
I can't really think of anything.

The staff was excellent they give you a cookie warm when you come in and check it. One of the best hotels.
