I loved the indoor pool and Jacuzzi.
I can't really think of anything.

The staff was excellent they give you a cookie warm when you come in and check it. One of the best hotels.

Isolated location with an industrial park feel.

Quick access to the Chicago suburbs by car made this hotel a good choice for my trip. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Drawbacks were included the isolated, industrial park-like location and tiny fitness room. Good for business travelers.

Great amenities and Friendly People.

Spent six nights on vacation visiting Chicago. Had a great time and had no problems with hotel. Luxury type location. First Class all the way. From the restaurant to the towels everything was great!

Police cars were driving around the parking, lot worries me.

Some paint flaking/chipping.

Overall, just needs some attention to details for some of the maintenance items for the building that is in need of attention. It was very clean and comfortable and would recommend the location.
