It seemed to be a slightly older hotel with redone rooms. The rooms were great-- a bit small, but perfectly comfortable. Parking adjacent for (I think) about $16.

The cookies! The staff was awesome and helpful!
The bed killed my back, needed to be replaced.

The Hotel is right next to Lake Erie, Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, Browns Stadium and the USS COD submarine. Perfect location! The staff was awesome! Very happy with experience, especially for the price! Thanks Priceline!

I mistakenly forgot a couple of clothing items in my room. I have still not been able to get a call back from someone in housekeeping or management regarding these items. I'm very disappointed as one of the items has a special meaning from a previous vacation.

Room and staff was fantastic. Restaurant breakfast buffet very good. Excellent price for tremendous value.
A lot of construction in the downtown area but no noise and hotel parking was not effected as hotel as its own garage.

I have traveled to the best hotels in the world and this one surprisingly ranks right up there. My son and I were shocked at the room decor and comfort with plus linens and ultra quiet comfort for a downtown location. Staff could not be more friendly. Breakfast at Stadium 3 was awesome with custom eggs/omelets. You can order food from bar if restaurant is closed and food is just as great. I have already recommended this to Business Execs but those wanting to walk to Rock and Roll Museum or anywhere downtown. Way under price for value and luxury! Book this before the number of stars go up! read more

They have a pool.
The pool closed to soon.

As soon as we arrived, I explained that I was a priority gold card member, which didn't seem to make any difference. As a gold card member, we are guaranteed a certain level of treatment, such as certain perks, (restaurant discount coupons, freebees, etc. We received nothing. We even had to pay to park in there own structure. I enjoyed the hotel, however the pool closed to early and there were no brochures, menus, etc. read more
