I walked into take a shower, and there was a dirty wash cloth hanging over the shower head. Then the floor was dirty and there were hair on the tub and in the corner of it. The shower curtain smelled like mold. I had febreeze spray and sprayed it because it smelt that bad and was nasty.

Hundreds of 10 year olds arrived at 11 p.m., very noisy.

Luxurious beds. Limited coffee available in room but more brought when we asked. Very clean bathroom.

Rude staff, old amenities, and a dirty refrigerator.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was informed at the desk that I had to pay for a refrigerator, and the hotel had no microwaves, even though I called twice before my arrival and was informed each time that I would be supplied with these amenities upon my arrival at no extra cost. When the refrigerator arrived, it was dirty, the hot water faucet in the bathroom was not working properly. I tried to reach the manager several times after I left to register my complaints, left messages but my calls were never returned. read more
