When I called the hotel to request a king bed, quiet room away from traffic and the top floor, the clerk was enthusiastically accommodating with grace.

The hotel lobby was pleasant to the eye, inviting and comforting. While traveling alone, I am always thoughtful about my safety and security. My sense was that I had chosen well in that regard. It was a quality hotel. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and will visit again soon.

Great rooms with balconies - excellent exercise facility.
No complimentary breakfast.

Excellent - better than I expected for my upgrade. Would love to go back in two weeks as I need to do and be able to stay at the place for the same price.

Clean and comfortable beds.
Internet not working in any of the rooms!

The hotel was very clean and nice, staff was friendly. But you had to go to the main areas to get internet. They false advertise internet in rooms. No one took responsibility for it. Phone help equated to sorry. This was true on multiple computers(macs) and in different rooms.

Really big lobby, nice pool, court side rooms have are really quiet and free parking.

Nice and quiet despite being next to highway, lots of private lobby corners for visits. Good and reasonable breakfast.

Housekeeping is poor. Response to guests requests is poor.

I feel hotel is short of personnel available to respond to guests requests. I stayed for 5 nights and the room was not cleaned to my standards nor areas in the hotel were clean in the daily basis. Staff can be friendlier.

Excellent customer service.

If the room would have had a refrigerator it would have been perfect!

They let you use their printer in the business office. Most hotels don't.
Low ceilings in the lobby area.

It was very nice and a good experience. The staff was incredible, the service was excellent. I thought the price for breakfast was way too high for an old Courtyard. The room was very clean. I would stay there again.
