I liked the lobby area and the restaurant. Like the Greenhouse feel.
We requested a stand for our luggage twice and never came.

I love the warm chocolate chip cookie they give you upon check in. Immediately gives you a warm homey feeling. I did like the hotel, a little drab but okay in style. Very clean, so that is great and the staff is very friendly. We requested a luggage stand for my 81 year old mother twice, and yet none ever came and no call came in to tell us that they were not going to bring it. Left a bad taste in customer service. read more

Convienence to interstate and local shopping/entertainment/restaurants.
Bathroom wasnt properly cleaned.

This hotel is located in the mecca of a travelers needs...restaurants/shopping/entertainment etc. with close proximity to I-25. The rooms are large and comfortable. Bedding is dreamy soft. The only thing that stood out was that the TV was not a flat screen~~but no biggie! Rooms have a terrace and internet access and nice end of bed benches for your travel bags etc. Just that small detail alone made things so much nicer!! I would LOVE to stay here again! read more

The chocolate chip cookies at check-in and the over-sized rooms.

The room was nice and big, but the decor was old and out of date. The bed mattress caved in on one side. The furniture was outdated and worn. The rooms could use renovation.
