Cleaning staff did not empty ice bucket from previous guest.

Third time staying here this year staff is most helpful. Room is always neat and clean.

Close to the interstate and it is always clean the staff is very friendly.

This hotel was close to everything we needed. Our room was refreshed while we were gone just like we were newly arriving guests. It was very quiet despite the fact there were several events going on all weekend.

This well located hotel in Chesterfield is the hotel of choice whenever we stay in the area. A full sports complex, plenty of parking, friendly staff, business center, and great cookies!

Isolated away from the hustle-bustle.
Isolated had to drive to go anywhere.

Everything fine except that we thought a hotel of this star rating would have a bathroom fan; it didn't. And, a frig in every room.

The room was a nice size.
Noisy awful AC unit.

Overall, a nice place. They just need to upgrade. The AC was so loud we ended up calling the desk at 2 am to get moved to another room. It wasn't much better but at least not the jack hammer sound of the first room. They were nice about it and eager to accommodate.
