Great location, easy access and abundant free parking. All reasons to choose this hotel! Inside, very pretty, fast elevators. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated in a Texas theme.

Free Chocolate Chip Cookies.
No hot water and it took 2 attempts at front desk to get answer.

The room was nice but when we woke up the next day to take our showers, we realized there was no hot water. I tried calling the front desk but no one answered the first time and it went to some messaging system but the second time I called someone answered after a few rings. They told me they would send an engineer up. By that time we had all taken cold showers

Room was size of closet and the floor was wet from an air conditioning leak.

Hotel was nice, but we were put in a room that was an after thought in the design of the hotel, half of the size of a normal room.

We were exhausted when we arrived and they were so friendly and helpful to get us quickly to our room so we could rest.

The location was perfect as we were taking our son to SMU. The staff was helpful and helped us with suggestions the next day for getting around in Dallas and getting to the university. We were very pleased with parking and security. We definitely would suggest this hotel to anyone.
