Free Chocolate Chip Cookies.
No hot water and it took 2 attempts at front desk to get answer.

The room was nice but when we woke up the next day to take our showers, we realized there was no hot water. I tried calling the front desk but no one answered the first time and it went to some messaging system but the second time I called someone answered after a few rings. They told me they would send an engineer up. By that time we had all taken cold showers

The elevator was very fast. A plus since it was a multistory building.
The room was small.

The hotel staff was nice and helpful. It was extremely convenient for where I was going. It had ample parking.

The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, restful bed, with soft down pillows that sink you into a restful sleep for your task ahead in the morning. Ample supply of towels and other amenities; bathroom area is spacious and clean. Clean hall-ways, elevators and Ice dispensers. Parking is abundant and free, providing that you do your own parking.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The comforter on the bed was something you find in your home; it didn't have that hotel feel which was GREAT.
