Great location and
free parking.
Ignored at front desk.
Great location, easy access and abundant free parking. All reasons to choose this hotel! Inside, very pretty, fast elevators. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated in a Texas theme.

They gave me a smoking room.
They gave me a smoking room when
I requested a non smoking room, said they were out of rooms.

Location, attractive decor, comfortable, fairly quiet room and
wastebaskets had recycling bins, easy parking.
Cable
TV channels were very limited.
This is a clean and attractive hotel with comfortable public places and rooms. It is in a wonderful location with easy and trouble-free access to parking, and the rooms appear to have been updated in the last year or so. I would definitely stay here again.

It was exactly what
I was expecting it to be for the price.
I
really didn't care for the location. It was a bit hard to explain to how to get there.
The staff was nice clean cut and professional an they keep a pretty tight shift. As an over all it was a good stay.

We liked the location, looks and room service.
The air conditioning was not cool enough for sleeping. We've experienced this in the last few hotels where we have stayed.
Very nice for the price. I would check to see if air control is limited before I stayed again. Very common in hotels these days it seems.

The room was clean and quiet and the quality of linens and toiletries exceeded expectations.
I did not like the coffee maker or the expensive WiFi.
The Campbell Centre Doubletree Hotel was a comfortable place for my base in Dallas. The location suited me well as did the quiet room and the very good linens and bed. I was put in a smoking room the first night because the hotel was full but I felt the desk clerk handled it well. The staff moved my things for me while I was away the next day. I found the Wolfgang Puck coffee apparatus inadequate and I resented the fee for WiFi. Would be happy to stay at the Doubletree again. read more
