I liked the lobby a lot and that the rooms had digital AC.
The beds were not very comfortable.

I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling in Dallas because it is near a lot of wonderful places in Dallas. The people were nice and it was easy to check in and out. The rooms were nice but the beds are not the most comfortable.

The view was nice. Fresh cookies at arrival was a nice touch. Room service food was amazing!
Had a little bit of an older odor to the room.

This hotel was great. The customer service and amenities were really good. The room service and food was awesome.It

The rooms were great. The bed was very comfortable.
I liked it very much.

This is a great place to stay. Everyone was very nice. Everything was very neat and clean. The beds were so comfortable. There is a big mall across from the motel. I highly recommend it for a great stay.

Beautiful, clean, and large room with a good view and close hotel location to a major mall.
Some members of the staff were unfriendly and the breakfast food in room service was poor.

No continental breakfast, pool or free WiFi. A few members of the staff were rude, especially when we had to send the overpriced room service breakfast back to be redone because it was incorrect and of poor quality. The staff was very friendly upon checking in, though, and the room itself was perfectly clean and comfortable.

Great room, very spacious, friendly staff.
Resturaunt was terrible, good service but awful food, cold.

Good location, great rooms and staff. The hotel resturaunt was deserted and we learned why, the breakfast was way too expensive, the coffee and food was served cold. Would not recommend dining there but there are plenty of other places to eat nearby. The staff was very helpful.

Attractive room; comfy bed; personnel tried to take care of the heavy smoke odor problem .
Smoking room - these odors were absorbed by our clothing; had to hunt around for light switch in BR in the dark.

Getting to the parking lot was a bit cumbersome.

Great price for the quality. Nice beds. Shower was average for cleanliness. Little extras were nice and room service breakfast was good for the $20 spent. Oh yeah the best part was they gave us warm cookies when we checked in.

We usually enjoy our stay here in all respects.
This particular stay included a room next to the elevator shaft on the 8th floor with a screeching, scrapping noise every time the elevator passed up.
