We were exhausted when we arrived and they were so friendly and helpful to get us quickly to our room so we could rest.

The location was perfect as we were taking our son to SMU. The staff was helpful and helped us with suggestions the next day for getting around in Dallas and getting to the university. We were very pleased with parking and security. We definitely would suggest this hotel to anyone.

The room itself was very well presented.
There was no swimming pool.

Very close to many attractions. Convenient bar and restaurant. Business friendly. The rooms are very nice. The bed is very comfortable.

The location was great, easy access off of the highway.
The bed was way too soft for me personally.

The hotel was nice, the food was good and prices were comparable to most restaurants. The cookies were awesome! The bed was way to soft for me and unless you like feather pillows I suggest you bring your own. Other than that the stay was great for the one night. The corner room with the windows had a great view.

The room was very clean and the staff very friendly.
We were very disappointed that a 3 star hotel did not have a pool.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The fitness room was very nice. It was really disappointing when we found out that there was no pool. My 10 year old was crushed. I could not imagine a 3 star hotel without a pool. This was a first.

Excellent staff and quite comfortable. Facilities perfect for the business traveler or those looking for their entertainment outside the hotel.

Staff accommodated my request for a room at a high floor (20th floor.)
Breakfast bar is very expensive.

It was a very enjoyable experience. We were on the 20th floor so my four year old had a wonderful time overlooking the city.
