Room was size of closet and the floor was wet from an air conditioning leak.

Hotel was nice, but we were put in a room that was an after thought in the design of the hotel, half of the size of a normal room.

Good location to my daughters college and upscale for the price or star range.
The water vending machines never work, but they do then compensate me water bottles. I have nothing bad to say about them.

It is good for the star value and its convenience to shopping and my daughters college.

The in room coffee was mild and my son liked the cookies.
Outside noise interfered with getting a good night's sleep.

This hotel is located in a very busy, noisy section of Dallas. Being assigned a room on a lower floor meant the outside noise was loud even in the early morning hours. Plus the walls are thin and you can hear phone conversations from the room next to yours. The staff was friendly, the cookies good, and check-out was easy.

Location.
Room leaked. They did not fix. Did not change linens.

When it rained and the rain came in they simply closed the curtains. Then to only change sheets every other day I did not like. I did talk to the manager about the leak, was glad to get out of there.

Good quality room coffee, comfy beds, nice decor even in the bathroom.
We could hear children screaming in one of the rooms in our hallway.

My college - bound daughter and I really enjoyed our stay and would do it again. Staff was polite if we needed them but otherwise didn't bother us. It was a great location for us to shop at nearby North Park Shopping Center. We would have enjoyed a spa but none were available.

The incredible view from my 17th floor window.
The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be & the wallpaper was pealing.

Overall, a very nice place to stay. Staff was helpful & friendly. Convenient to shopping and centrally located. The room needs to be maintained better & cleaned. Dust was very thick on the light fixtures in bathroom, the tub & toilet was stained & wall paper was peeling in room.

Excellent beds.
Inconvenient location for walking, getting out -- no hot tubs as advertised.

The beds were the best thing about the hotel. Layout of the hotel was nice, and the room was clean and nice. But the hotel is located in a sea of concrete and surrounded by highway, so there is no access for taking a walk or just getting out, without driving somewhere.
