Carpet in room was dirty.

We were on a nonsmoking floor & the room was so smoke-filled that we were both sick from allergies.

The front desk was most responsive as was the room service.
Being used to a firm bed I found the mattress to be a bit soft.

It's locality to my family living in NE Dallas was perfect. I hope to stay there again when visiting my families in Dallas. I was there celebrating my elderly sister on her 98th birthday and my stay could not have been more perfect.

Location, staff, chocolate chip cookie on check-in.
Double bed rather than king, they were painting lobby and entrance.

As usual we were warmly greeted at front desk, but our room was not as nice/large as we have previously had there.
